Welcome to Human Emergency Response Training (H.E.R.T.)

H.E.R.T is registered in Queensland with the Department of Education and Training (DET) to provide training and assessment for people who require First Aid as a work requirement or simply to be able to assist their family and friends should the need arise. Our aim is to ensure that, as a client of H.E.R.T, your learning experience will be pleasurable, of the highest quality and consistent with the latest industry standards.

H.E.R.T is a Queensland Company owned and operated by Kev Heaton, who has a well established reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable trainer and assessor in First Aid. He is an ex-paramedic and ambulance educator with over 25 years experience, and passionate about ensuring people have the skills and confidence to be able to respond appropriately to any victim in an emergency situation.
